All orders are final. Every window is custom-made to the measurements you provide, so we can't accept returns or issue refunds for ordering or measuring errors. If we made a mistake on your order, we'll replace the affected window at no charge. Please review your order confirmation email carefully right after purchase so any errors are caught before production.

Shipping is quoted per order based on your delivery location and the size of your order. Most orders currently ship for $500 or more, and rising fuel costs are pushing freight rates higher. Will call pickup is available at some locations, so ask your sales rep for details. For an exact shipping cost before you build your quote, send us your city, zip code and your window details, and we'll get back to you promptly.

Delivery time depends on the frame material and options you choose. Most orders take 10 to 14 business days at minimum and up to 4 to 6 weeks, and lead times can run longer during peak season. Send us details on the windows you're considering and we'll give you an estimated delivery time.

Generally speaking, the difference is how the window attaches to your home. New construction windows have a nailing fin around the frame that fastens directly to the wall framing before the siding or stucco goes on, so they're used in new homes, additions and remodels where the exterior wall is opened up. Replacement windows are built to fit into an existing window opening without tearing out the surrounding siding, stucco or trim, so they're the usual choice when you're swapping out old windows.

Please visit our "Installing Replacement Windows" section for help deciding which type is best suited for your project.
