Yes. We collect sales tax on orders delivered to California, Washington, Nevada, Arizona and Colorado, at the rate for the delivery address. Oregon has no sales tax, so orders delivered to Oregon are not taxed.

We will keep you informed throughout the entire process from the submission of your order to the receiving of your product. Our order process is simple and keeps you up-to-date every step of the way.

After you have submitted your order you will receive a confirmation with your order number and a detailed description of your order. If you don't receive an email confirmation please e-mail us with your Customer Number and we will contact you.
Once your order has been reviewed and sent to Manufacturing, you will receive an email which contains an estimated shipping date.
After your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number that will enable you to follow your order all the way to your doorstep.
Once you have received, and signed for, your order we will send a final email indicating that the order has been accepted and signed for.

All orders are final. Every window is custom-made to the measurements you provide, so we can't accept returns or issue refunds for ordering or measuring errors. If we made a mistake on your order, we'll replace the affected window at no charge. Please review your order confirmation email carefully right after purchase so any errors are caught before production.

Shipping is quoted per order based on your delivery location and the size of your order. Most orders currently ship for $500 or more, and rising fuel costs are pushing freight rates higher. Will call pickup is available at some locations, so ask your sales rep for details. Delivery time depends on the frame material and options you choose. Most orders take 10 to 14 business days at minimum and up to 4 to 6 weeks, and lead times can run longer during peak season. Send us details on the windows you're considering and we'll give you an estimated delivery time.
